Waited 3 hours for my pizza order

I ordered pizza from Debonairs pizza at Chris Hani Mall. I ordered around 16:30 and only received my order around 19:30. When I called around 18:00 to confirm why the order was taking long to arrive I was told the driver is around our area and will be here in a few minutes. My family and I waited a further 1 hour 30 minutes for our order.

This is not the first time this has happened and this service is unacceptable. The most irritating part is when you try and follow up and people decide to lie just to get you off the phone. I am a paying customer and I deserve good service.
