Waited 3 hours for my food to arrive

Last week Friday 26 October 2018 i ordered Pizza over the phone from Debonairs at 7h00. I had guests at home and didnt have time to cook. I waited for the food till 21h23 when i received the last call from them asking if my food has arrived.

I am so dissapointed with Debonairs service. I then logged a call with their head office. I received a reference number but no one from their office has called me till now.

I will never ever buy from Debonairs again. Their service is absolutrly rediculous. I was so embarrased infront of my guests.
