waited 2 hours for my order!!!! **********!!!

1 ordered online at 12:52 PM. I only received my order at 2:52PM.. MY PIZZA IS COLD!!!! the gent who delivered didn't know how to use the card machine. he kept tapping and swiping my card even though I told him it does not tap. He kept making the amount 1009.99 even though the amount was 109.99.

I had to tell him and forcibly take the machine and insert my card to process payment. he only left at 3:06PM.
