Waited 2 hours for a pizza and customer service was bad

I ordered a pizza from debonairs Hatfield Plaza. I waited 2 hours for my pizza to arrive and when I lodged a complaint with the manager she was so rude and didn’t want to help us at all, she even put the phone down in my ear while I was talking to her to ask for a refund. This is the second time that this is happened and every Time it is the same story. I feel To wait 2 hours for a pizza to arrive and the pizza is ice cold when it arrives is unacceptable. I will definitely never order from them again.
