Vodacom and Debonairs

I actually bought a debonairs voucher from Vodacom and when I tried to redeem it in three different stores around the areas and online it kept saying invalid, I contacted Vodacom after buying it with actual cash and redeeming vodabucks obvious they asked me millions questions as if they would help like always they failed, they said I should contact Debonairs and I just contacted and guess what hahaha 😆 😂 they say I should contact Vodacom, they are busy making me their puppet here with the voucher I booked with money and vodabucks I redeemed to have those vodabucks you have to spend money as well, two weeks back you literally took almost 200 vodabucks without any valid explanation. Can I please get the voucher or give back the cash and vodabucks
