VIOLATION OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT AND LABOUR LAW

Hello Peter,

I went to Debonairs Pizza on Shop No 94, Festival Mall, cnr CR Swart & Kelvin Street, Kempton Park. I placed an order and paid for it, but immediately I saw a better over with different price which I wanted to add more money for that better over. I was told by cashier that they are not allowed to void as the owner/ their boss (An Indian Foreign Citizen) thinks that they are *****ing His money. It is my right as a consumer to buy what I want with my money therefore He must have an option of (VOID). I believe this person those not complies with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

I asked them to call Him for me but He was nowhere to be find, I asked for their telephone I was told that they do not have telephone in that shop.

This desperate our fellow citizen, they started telling me their working condition in that shop but what what shocked/Astonished me is that they do not even having a PAYSLIPS. The questions is how did this person got Debonair franchise if He doesn't comply with the Rules & Regulations of South Africa. Is it because He has money to buy franchise even though He is not complying with our Country Laws.

THIS MATTER MUST BE INVESTIGATED AS OUR FELLOW CITIZEN PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING UNDER THE TREATMENT THEY GETTING FROM OUR FOREIGN INVESTORS WHO ARE NOT COMPLYING WITH THE LAWS OF SOUTH AFRICA.
