Very vey Bad bad customer service and none delivery of items by debonairs protea glen

I ordered from debonairs proteaglen and paid online. My order took an hour and 30minutes to arrive and even when it arrived the order was in complete and the driver said he will bring the remaining item. It's been another hour and 55 minutes and I'm still waiting for the remaining items. Hunger has really delt with me whilst waiting for items I paid for and no delivery. I'm even thinking of phoning to request for my refund cause clearly they are not willing to deliver
