Very very Poor service.

I ordered a pizza at 07:02pm and order was accepted by the store.I paid online as well.One hour later my order hasn't been received.I call the store and was told that it's only now they seeing my order .I mean an hour later what the hell?Nogal I had to call the store if I decided to sleep that means my order would have been ignored.To make makers worse I was told there are no wings.There was no apology from the person who answered the phone to how sorry the store.I'm disgusted by the service I received than the next thing I will be called to come to the store which won't happen as I'm heavily pregnant.Gosh!!!!
