Very very poor quality service

Hi firstly want to complain about debonairs pizza in atlantis. <br> They offer us delivery service. Firstly heir delivery takes more than 2 hours to arrive. Then today I order and they tell me they won't deliver to me. Because I complained regarding they take so long to deliver. Then I got someone else to phone. And they tell that person they won't deliver to that address which is 5 min away. I mean *** they offer deliver quick services but they delivery takes for ever and they don't deliver to a few address streets. I spoke to the manager. And told her that I order everyday pizza from them for my company staff members which is +- 3 pizzas a day. And I asked why can they not deliver to my house. She tell me they don't do deliver to there. I mean it only 5 min away. Then I told her I won't support them anymore if they don't deliver the pizza to my house. The owner tell me. They don't need my client base. They so busy my order is nothjng for them. I mean *** I spend day R300 plus by them add the maths up. They rude and attitude towards the clients. <br> <br> I tried to complain at the head office about their attitude. And they don't respond back. Hopefully this long letter to you will change.
