Very very poor & bad service ever received from debonairs pizza washigton post waldrift ridt

I went 2 debonairs pizza washigton post in waldrift R82 "old jorbug road" buy 1 large crammed crust pizza as I got 2 the store it was 19:30 so my sister & I waited on the que as there were other gentlemen buying infront if us, so we waited our turn as we get to the lady over the counter she pick up a phone call & continued with it without saying anything, then wen she was done, she den said to us store is closed with attitude, so our question was y didn't u let us knw while we waited on the que or even first thing wen we got to the counter instead answering phone before attending us & she continued to answer calls again & again, so asked for manager as she approached us she was already talking with a high voice even before hearing us, & had very bad attitude, rude, disrespectful, no customer care whatsoever & wen we said we know her thats wen she den decided to help us yet still complaining & talking with her other staff members using valga words, even other customers noticed & was nt happy wth wat was happening, said part of it is there were other customers after us whom she helped them with saying the store is closed, which came as a shock to us, to top it up she gave our order rite at the last we were the last customers to leave the store..... Very poor service received from the store from Manager:Mpai & cashier: Lebo Mo***eng... Kindly assist as I am nt happy with services received at all urgently
