VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

I have placed an order tonight (@19:27) via your app for delivery from the Van Riebeeck Park branch. We have waited for an hour and a half and called in twice only for the voice operator/ Bot to say we can't take your call, try again later. We waited another half and hour. So my husband drove to the store to go pick it up, there they told him that the order does not exist and they are having system issues, then they said no its with the driver, and now all of a sudden the driver is not answering the phone. So they will be making the food now at THIS TIME OF THE NIGHT (@22:00)!!!!!!! This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We pay so much for our food and get such ****ty service!! Please sort out your system issues and get more drivers.

Also your contact numbers and email addresses does not work!!!!
