Very Very Bad Service. Managers Dnt Know A Thing

I order a Pizza at Debonairs in Verulam on their website. An hour and a few minutes pass by still no order. So I decided to call them, first time I called them they answered but continued with their conversation not minding me. I hang up, foned a few minutes later, they answered again this time they were rude and and eventually decided to drive down to t center. Upon arrival I met a manager named Hoosen, we sounded like he was listening to me, wait me wait outside. Sent me to another lady, then another lady. I waited for an hour to be listened too. They never took me serious about my complaint, told me they were busy it's Saturday today. I was left hanging by the door for a very long time. The managers, both who claim to be managers never show any emphay or any professionalism in this matter. They just left me hanging. And this is not the first time I've received a bad service from them. Please people this need to change.
