VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Debonairs Phillip Nel Branch Ordered a pizza on the APP and 1hour later the order is still not out. Called the store and person who answered the phone didn't even know whether she was coming or going then said it was still in the store, had to check something and would get back to me in 2min. Of course the callback didn't happen... So I called again spoke to another clueless lady who gave me attitude when asked when they were intending delivering the pizza which she said its out. 2 Hours 30 mINUTES LATER the pizza was delivered after 9 calls to the store.I didnt pay the pizza and told the delivery guy to get the manager that was on duty to call me.When the call was made all the manager was concerned about was the payment that was not made and gave us a lot of attitude and no apology was made to me, the service I got was very poor.I then drove to Debonairs at at 9:45 to go deal with the manager at hand and the staff also gave us attitude.I am never ordering from Debonairs ever again, I always heard of people complaining but I saw it first hand last night...Debonairs this is ****** nonsense! You have definitely lost a customer and will be sharing this with everyone in my circleOrder Number #***3
