Very slow service and unprofessional staff

The slowest most unprofessional service ever. Placed our order at 14:37 and only got it 40 minutes later, for one very small Real Deal pizza, and only after I enquired twice...they did not call out the numbers when the order was ready. They just left it on the warmer. When I complained the lady **** and said the number was called, while I was sitting the in front of her the whole 40 minutes. No apologies or explanations offered. It is monthend and the shop is packed but the staff looks demotivated and working in slow motion.
