Very rude cashier

I call in at about 19:50 to place an order for delivery, this very rude lady tells me they will deliver but in future I should not place an order at that time for delivery especially not on Sunday so ok fair enough. I proceed with the order but this lady is very rude, not even listening to what I'm saying nor did she confirm my address. At the end of placing my order I ask her her name and she says Mpho, I tell her I need to place an order with steers as well which is right next to it. She gives me the number and says I need to call them. So I ask the lady at steers who took my order at debonairs? and she said it's Pule. I don't know who that cashier is but she's was very rude and knows nothing about customer service. I even told her since she said they will deliver she NEEDS to be polite. So not only did she have an attitude, she also **** about her name.
