Very poor Shop

I have been a huge client from debonairs for years now. The day before yesterday I bought my usual order and for a change a triple decker and the garlic side. I placed it to be ready for 17:15 and only walked out of there by 17:45 and this is not the first time thou. I have complained on their website before about this debonairs because the order is never on time and the always give a person attitude about this but no one ever comes back to a person or even try to apologise?? am I not the customer spending my money? The worse part is when they give me the triple decker it is ugly cut and has fallen apart(this was for a guest) I took a photo of this cause I was shocked that they could give me a ugly pizza like that all fallen apart
