Very Poor service Ormonde Debonairs

Ormonde debonairs pizza's service is very bad. I placed an order on the website and Ormonde was the closest one. Received a confirmation email and a payment went off my account, after 30 minutes the driver told me that he can't deliver here cos it's far. So the manager called me and unfortunately she couldn't assist me and my kids went to bed with no food cos my money was not reversed and there was no delivery... I am very disappointed with debonairs especially the manager she did not put herself in my shoes... Bad service ever😢
