Very poor service from Debonairs pizza cosmo city

Debonairs cosmo city need to double their effort, i placed and order at 17h10 and i was told i will receive the order in 45 to 60 minutes. 2 hours 10 minutes later i called to follow up but i was told my order was not captured. They started from the beginning and place another order with the same promise that i will receive the order in 45 to 60 minutes. It has been 1h35 minutes now. So in total have been waiting for almost 4 hours for a pizza
