Very poor service

Poor service for the second time at seshego circle center. I mean im staying 5 minutes from the circle but the order takes more than 2 hours. When i call to follow up they keep transfering to extention that is not even working. If you cannot render the service rather say you do not delivery a person can make plan on time.Not even 1 person trying to follow up that the order will delay. I mean like nothing.
