Very poor service

I have ordered Pizza, at 13h55 and was told deliver will be within 35 to 45 minutes, waited till 4h00,notging was delivered, called call centre, apoloft was made and said thwt will call me back as soon as they get feedback from the shop, waited. Even now i have bot received it nor feedback that was promised by call Centre. Its for the second time.
