Very poor service at DEBONAIRS STRAND

Kerbside delivery doesn't work if your employees don't fiscally take this pizzas out to the client . I know we are in difficult times with covid and this idea is really excellent . But at strand Debonaires doesn't look like they want to work . I ordered two pizzas yesterday and tried this kerbside pick up . Entered my vehicles colour make registration plate number and then left my place after i ordered and it took me roughly 10 min from Gordons bay to strand . I then arrived at debonaires and parked right in front of the store . Thinking it shouldn't take to long . Because I've asked to deliver at my place and with the order being placed and delivering it to me ,it takes normally 30 min which is excellent . I then stayed in my car saw a delivery guy leave with a order and return . Which then made me a bit inpatient . The store was not at all busy and all the staff sitting down and chatting with each other . They also put two chairs in front of the entrance so that no customer can walk in . So i could exactly see how busy they where . I then looked at my order time and it was exactly 1 hour after i placed my order . I then climed out of my vehicle and went to the door . Then one of the staff members who was sitting and doing nothing came to me and asked me what i want . I then said nothing and showed her my phone . She then turned around and fetched my order . It was literally 1 hour and 10 min later . She didn't apologise just gave my pizzas to me . I then drove off and on my way back home i then opened my pizzas and then saw that my orders was wrong . But was to irritated to turn around and just left it . I then left a complaint on the app and havent received any feedback again from them . So if u decide on debonaires rather skip strand and go rather to Somerset west side .
