Very poor service and partial delivery received.

Hi there, I placed an order ***7 and did not receive all of my ordered items. The driver forgot some items and never come back to me after 6 days. I tried to call the Watergate store for the past few days with no success. I called customer care 3 times, no assistance. What do I do now? it was an online order.
