Very poor service
I ordered a pizza online and had to collect it from Debonairs pizza Queenswood. Upon my arrival I found about 20 customers waiting for their orders. The majority of them were very very unhappy. I had to wait for an hour to get MY pizza. The lady at counter were very unhelpfull and didn't even give me an order number but just told me it was going to take long. There were only three people working there this afternoon. I saw a young girl frantically trying to get assistance from the guys preparing the pizza by giving them her order number. They just ignored the kid!!!! This is NOT the way the way to do business! Increase your staff turnout, train them to talk to people and be more helpfull or lose me as customer.
