very poor service

<p>I called umhlanga debonairs branch to order my supper which i normally do and the cashier refused to take my order saying that the store is too busy and he cannot deliver to phoenix and he aske me to call a closer branch.I tried mount edgecombe branch and the phone was constantly engaged.I then tried calling the phoenix plaza branch and their phone was constantly engaged.i then called the customer care and a guy by the name og shane tried calling both the store and he could not get through.The reason for the phone being engaged is that when the store is busy the phone is taken off the hook in order that they dont take delivery oders.that the service debonairs gives .</p>
