Very poor service

Debonairs Yarona mall The service is very poor i ordered pizza at 10:55 then receive the order at 12:47 then the worst happened only to find out the is no topping i call them i spoke to the manager he assured me he will send a driver then waited for an hour 30min then called they told me he can't come to the phone i must give them my digits did so now the lady called me mubbling telling me she's also the manager told her i want to speak to a person i spoke to earlier they told me his coming back tomorrow so i won't eat the pizza i ordered at 10:55 i will eat 2moro. I'm really ****ed and i would like to know which steps to take now.
