Very POOR level of customer service!!!!

<p>Just placed an order with thee Phoenix debonair's pizza , and I'm extremely disappointed at the POOR level of customer service .... Firstly the cashier that took the order didn't even place it properly , what I had ordered compared to what I received was absolutely different , she didn't ask my preferences rather ordered her own choice of sauces and extras ... I had ordered a triple decker chicken pizza and a Tikka chicken sub , however when my order arrived it was thee total opposite , they had sent a Tikka chicken triple decker pizza and to my amazement no sub ... the delivery guy stated the receipt doesn't show any sub ordered... Not being a hard customer I accepted it and paid... However when I opened the pizza box , the pizza actually looked like it was made thee day before and sent today... This type of incompetence by a cashier whom could have been more attentive whilst executing her duties is the source of the problem.... To actually make the matter worse when I contacted the store to enquire as to why the order wasn't placed properly in the first place , the manager there was of no help at all rather he just said I'll place a second order and get it delivered ... Being high rate I refused to take the second order and hung up. The manager actually called back just to do the same " hang up " which is absolutely disgusting because as a customer that orders almost every week from Debonairs this level of customer service is utterly POOR!!!! Will never be placing any orders going further with a franchise that cannot even get an order properly ..... Highly disappointed !!! </p>
