Very Poor customer service on 15 Dec 2015
Placed a telephone order at 20:24 on 15 Dec 2015. Two hours later no delivery or response and the branch closes at 23:00. When I phoned to find out about the order the manager informed me that they are extremely busy and she is busy phoning customers to inform them. 2 hours later and they will be closing in 30min, really now? Poor customer service!
