Very Poor Customer Service

I went to buy a pizza at their Orange Farm Eyethu Mall branch. I bought the pizza around 18h15 on the 02/09/2018, and I only got my food around 19h30. Anyway, as we were waiting for food with the rest of so many other people on of their ladies came in and closed the doors whilst we are waiting outside - please note that there is no way we can all fit inside the store but we are forced to be outside so we could also create space for those who are still buying. There was no word that was said to sensitize us or anything like that, when we asked her that how are we going to hear when our orders are called then she just threw hands at us. I personally approached them to address this since I was one of the people whom were waiting outside then she just looked at me and went to the back. I asked one of ladies to call a manager for me and she told me that she is there and she can hear me but she couldn't give me her name, in fact she refused to give me the name and the manager refused to see me as well - this was the same lady that was taking my order at the till but now based at the back and ignoring a very long queue for people who want to place orders. They all don't have their name tags so its very difficult for customers to take their names. My order was sitting on their shelve for about 15min before I approached them to ask if its ready, no apology or anything like that, next to me was another gentlemen who was also enquiring on his but he was just dismissed and his receipt was thrown at him which I also complained about, and this time it was done by the same lady whom was taking orders at the till. I have been buying pizza everywhere but this was my worst experience I have ever received on Debonair outlets. They think they are making us a favour, very arrogant and also very filthy for people who sells food (clothing is so dirty). This is the worst of the worst I have seen. Customer service has just been thrown outside the window. If you guys still want this business please look into this problem otherwise you will still going to see similar issues and people will stop buying food from this people. If you want to have a bad day, please go to this store. I am willing to spend my money on making sure that this matter is reported to the authorities, I don't care how much it will cost me. This is just the first step. I have been disrespected by these ladies in front of my wife and kids, and I will not tolerate that and will make sure they learn this lesson the hard way.
