Very late Delivery

As myself and my family do every Wednesday last week I ordered pizza from the Princess crossing branch in Roodepoort at 7pm 50 min later I tried calling the store with no reply 1hr 30 min later I did the same thing but still no answer I then decided I will place an order with someone else because my family needed to eat finally 2 hrs later at 9pm the guy shows up with the pizza saying they are to busy that's why their is a delay so I asked him why they didn't have the decency to call me and he said well that's not his fault but should just take my food and get over it I then told him I would not pay so either he leaves the food and goes or takes it with him he then says he isn't aloud not to except payment and I should just pay so I asked him what is debonairs slogan IF ITS LATE ITS FREE well that what I thought because it's advertised everywhere the rude driver then told me well that doesn't apply at month end he then swore at me got onto his bike and left the service is terrible ill never buy from them again
