Very dissapoited today as a customer

So I ordered a triple decker today with Fanta orange,firstly I received stone,the pizza was not sliced,it was burned on the crust,I ordered at thorntree soshanguve,what if I don't drink stone?couldn't they just call and tell me what I ordered was not available?I always order here but today I got a shock,my order number is 289 I ordered online at 17:41
