Very dissapointing service

After receiving our pizza, smashed up against the box, with all the topping melted to the top of the box, we complained and we have heard nothing back from them We are very disappointed and have asked for a refund, but we hear nothing. This is unacceptable.

Still nothing. I have the photos, I have the proof of purchase and nobody seems to be too bothered :) I would really like my money back, it is over R400!
