Very dissapointed

<p>Lastnight we placed an order online for delivery. After few minutes I received a call from the driver asking for directions. He suggested we go downstairs and wait, which I did immediately. I was standing in the dark on the main road in Pinetown waiting for the driver and we saw him on his bike driving in the opposite direction and make a u-turn and go back to the store. He never passed my gate. After around 15 minutes of waiting I went back upstairs and phoned him. He insisted that he was waiting outside and no one came. He argued and argued and insisted he was there. Then a lady came on the line and continued to argue with me and my husband. All we wanted to know what if it was still going to be delivered and they contined to argue aqbout the delivery. This is pathetic service. They need to be taught customer service and the driver needs to be taught directions and never to argue with customers when he was wrong and he **** </p>
