Very disappointing delivery experience

We ordered five pizzas from Debonair Pizza at Centurion & Lifestyle Centre. The order took 40 minutes just to prepare, and then only arrived an hour after ordering. When the delivery finally came, one of the pizzas was missing.

Trying to resolve this was extremely frustrating. There is no direct store contact number, only a call centre, which made it difficult to get help. After eventually reaching someone and being put through to the store, the restaurant initially insisted that all five pizzas were delivered, which led to a long and unnecessary argument.

Only later did they admit that the delivery driver (Ricky) had actually returned with one of the pizzas. We were then told it would be sent out — which meant waiting yet another hour for the missing pizza to arrive.

The phone service was poor, and the overall handling of the situation showed a lack of accountability and urgency. This experience was unacceptable and far below the level of service expected. Very disappointed order.
