Very disappointing customer service

My husband ordered pizza and buffalo wings last week Tuesday (02/06/20) from our zevenwacht mall branch and the order almost come 3 hours later. My husband phoned 4 times after the order was placed and was only assisted 2 times. We understood that there was a back log of orders but then they didn't deliver our buffalo wings and the driver couldnt even explain were the rest off our order was. My husband tried to query with the branch because it was a card payment but till today no response. We won't order there again.
