Very disappointed Oudtshoorn Debonairs

Im not normally one to complain but tonight is the night. I ordered 4 pizzas @ 15h56 this afternoon for collection @ 17h15. When I arrived to collect my order they did not even start with it. Yet. I waited almost 40min for my order and the best of All is that people that came in after me got their order before me. Very disappointed
