Very disappointed and furious.

Good Evening I am very dissapointed and furious with ur Debonairs branch in Cathcart road Queenstown. I have placed an order online at 16h45 for delivery. 17h41 I phoned to follow up on my order. The lady informed me that my order is ready they waiting for the driver. 17h50 I receive a phone call from ur branch to inform me that unfortunately they can't deliver my order as they don't do deliveries in the location. No where when the order was placed did they specify that they don't deliver in my area Victoria Park. Even when I phoned an hour later to follow up on my order was I informed they don't deliver in my area. Just last night one of their delivery s******s delivered a pizza to my neighbour's across my house as I was outside to feed my dog and the driver was not sure which house he needs to deliver and asked me. What is the point of the delivery option if u dnt have transport to be informed an hour later that they don't deliver but yet a delivey was made to the same street last night. I am so furious as my family needs to eat as we having loadshedding soon hence the reason we ordered food. I will post this utter ******* service received on all social platforms possible. I will never support this business ever again. There goes our wacky Wednesday every week as well.
