Very disappointed

Last Friday the 10th August I called Debonairs Walmer Port Elizabeth at 13:51 and made my order to be delivered (Akhona answered the phone) at 14:30 I called to find out how far the order is and Jessica answered I must say she was very rude, I called again at 15:04 and asked for the manager and the manager said she/he is busy they would call back but they did not.The pizza arrived at 15:21 I was very cold waiting outside and the workshop I was attending was already finished and to top it off the pizza was cold. I am very dissapointed with your service, and the lady that answered the phone(Jessica doesn't know customer service) I finished my airtime calling the shop.
