VERY COLD PIZZA DELIVERED

I ordered an on the double Pizza at Debonairs Pizza Montague Gardens 12h09, after one on their app got a message that Pizza was delivered of which it was NOT, then on top of that to find out the driver just left 10 min ago whereas their app said he was on his way, secondly he had 2 deliveries of which was not advised in the app . I was standing outside in the rain waiting for their driver called them 3 times . By the time I got my Pizza s IT WAS COLD at 13H35 and hour with 25MIN .........after ordering and saying it's delivered where's it wasn't standing in the rain outside.
