Very bad treatment from the manager

I've order my pizza at Maunde in Atteridgeville at half past 7pm 45 minutes later when I got there to collect my pizza it wasn't ready actually they didn't even begin to do it and when I asked how long was it going to take a lady by the name of Julia who is the manager there told me that she doesn't know she is busy with a bad attitude and speaking to while walking away, I had to wait for 20 minutes for my order to be done and that order that was done they did not follow what I asked they included everything even things that I'm allergic to were included I had to wait for another 15 minutes for them correct my order while the lady kept on giving me attitude saying that ,,,"I must just take the pizza and leave because in won't die after eating with the allergens included" because she want to prepare to close the store and they cannot refund me because I paid with a card
