Very bad service with a three hour delay

I purchased a pizza at 17h25 online and pizza arrived at 20h30.i then told the driver that he can take it back as i could not wait for a pizza that long. This is not the 1st time as when lockdown ended the same thing happened and because i paid online i had to take it. It was rock hard and ice cold and rubbery. I will never order a pizza from Debonairs ever again as the continues bad service with no apology seems to be getting worst.
