VERY bad service in Kroonstad

Ordered pizza at this establishment last night around 6pm Told us they do not deliver small pizzas I went to fetch it and when i got home they gave me the wrong pizza I phoned them and told the lady what the problem is, she dropped the phone. I phoned her back and she said rudely they are making the pizza and will deliver it, then dropped the phone again. Phoned back for the 3rd time and ask her where will they deliver, she never took my adress and she said she will phone me back she is busy taking another order. Waited 30min for her call then went there again. Spoke to Leona at the till, her voice sounded like the lady on the phone, but she claims i spoke to a call centre and without me asking she fetched my pizza, how did she know what i ordered or who i am if i spoke to a call centre. I told her i am going to speak to the owner of the franchise and she dared me to go ahead and do it. I had to drive almost 50km to get 4 small pizza's that cost R107, i bet the fuel cost me more than that! They are rude and unprofessional and i hope EVERYONE sees this and will not go back there! I know i won't!
