Very bad service from the Store Manager Forgiveness Mlothwa at Debonairs pizza Menlyn

I had the most horrable servive at Debonairs Menlyn Mall on the 30/05/2021 from the store manager Forgiveness Mlothwa, she is vey rude and have no respect for people, she does not have customer service,

After standing in long que to place my order, i had to confirm with my collegue what i must buy becouse they did not have what i wanted, i had to make a call that did not even take me 60 seconds but i was told to get out the que so that they can help next customer which i found it very rude, Forgiveness Mlothwa was called by the cashier who was assisting me, she still insisted that i get out of the que even after i ended the call. she told they need to help the next customer and i was waisting their time. when i told her that she is giving me a bad service she told me that i dont think. i then ask to speak to someone higher than her but she continue to tell that she is the manager and theres nothing i can do about it, the cashier even ask her to came down but she refused and continue screeming at me and telling me thats how they do things at Debonairs Pizza

The cashier manage to calm me down and placed my order, When i was collecting my order with another cashier she told that Forgiveness Mlothwa is always very rude to customers and she will come to my work place (as i also work in the mall) to give me her details becouse she was scared to give me her details infront of other staff. Forgiveness Mlothwa came back from where ever she was coming from.she was till rude and told me that am pushing to her limits and i can report her all i want coz she does not care .

i'm really not happy with the service i got from Forgiveness Mlothwa and Debonairs Menlyn. weather i work in the Mall or not am still a paying customer and i deserve good customer service

Her collegues ask her to appologise but she refused.
