Very bad service

After placing an order online at 11:17 for delivery at 2 o'clock, no delivery was made, when phoning at 3 they said that they will escalate it at the shop. After 3 calls the call center they said that it now shows it will be delivered at 5 because of a delay of delivery. And that the manager of the branch did try to call but didn't receive any calls. When the manager called after I canceled the order,it shows on the slip that it is now requested for 6. Wow think they need a clock.
