Very bad service at debonairs pizza.SAM NTULI MALL KATLEHONG

Hi I've ordered a real deal creamy chicken pizza × 2 and got something totally different,went back requested a menu to confirm the ingredients for the pizza i ordered,because it wasn't my first time ordering such pizza. Spoke to a manager named Buhle concerning this order but she was so arrogant and was predetermined before I could tell her that this order was short of an ingredient and had a sauce base that tasted abit like chillie and not a tomato base. When i requested to have my receipt back,to my knowledge and it not being my first time ordering from debonairs,i know receipts are always given back to the customer. The guy that gives the pizza when its done to the customer apparently lost my original receipt,somewhere in the dustbin,so i initially requested a copy receipt. One of the ladies from the back by the ovens came to take a picture of my incorrect pizza with her bare fingers,lifting my pizza box. Picture was taken by the lady from the back and the manager and after picture was taken the manager didnt have a way forward to correct or explain why this order looks the way it looks,managers words was that's how they make they creamy chicken pizza and that all the ingredients they use on the pizza. Manager doesn't have a way of communicating to customers when its got to do about the order in which i was complaining about,instead she referred to other customers presenting which ingredients they dont want on they order. In my knowledge don't all debonairs use same ingredients like sauces and cheeses,i know only halaal franchises will differ when it comes to the meat.
