Very Bad Service and Response from Debonairs Phoenix Durban

Worst service, Pizza was ordered at 6:49 pm on Friday the 6th of March 2020 for delivery from Phoenix Branch at 9:02 we call the store and queried the order only to find out the driver had a puncher and the pizza is going to be sent with another driver the fact that the store had not even contacted us until we did and the policy with debonairs is if its black its free i have proof of the order been black and the store did not even care the manger of the store firstly cant even speak proper and when i questioned on the late delivery her response was the driver is going to come just now. after making us wait for more than an hour plus delivering a cold pizza we still had to pay for it this shows the kind of service you get Worst Service In The World....
