Very bad service

<p>I am lost for words to explain the continuos bad service from Debonairs Maponya Mall. Last night at 19:18pm i called Debonairs Mapona Mall and placed an order for delivery to Orlando and was assisted by Nomfundo, she told me that my order will take 45min to an hour. At 20:52pm i called Debonairs again to find out what was happening with my order and Nomfundo **** to me and told me that the driver just left the store with my order it on the way. At 20:54pm i get a call from Debonairs and spoke to Ebrahim who said he was calling to check if i had received my order and gave me some excuse of being short staffed, when i asked him to speak to Nomfundo he hung up the call. Ebrahim calls me again at 21:00pm and asked me if i still wanted the order yet i was told that my food was on the way. What really ****ed me off about this hole thing was that i was beeing asked if i still wanted the order as if they were doing me a favour by delivering it and what made it even worse was that this is the second time such a thing is happening. The first time it happed my food was delivered after 3hours and yesterday my food was delivered after 1hour 50min, clearly this is a trend that is happening at Debonairs Maponya, to put a cherry on top the guy that delivered the order told me that him didn't have enough change and gave me change that was short of R5.00 and drove off. The way their service is so bad i don't myself buying from the ever again, so disapointed for the fact that this is not the first time something like this is happening.</p>
