very bad/ no scene of communication

<p>Good Day</p> <p>Today it was the worst day of my life/ or should i say the experience i had with debonairs pizza at chilli lane.</p> <p>i logged my case at 7pm when i got to work. and they advised me that my order will be here inthe next 15/ 30 mins, i waited and waited no delivary was made. i called again they advised me my order is on the way. and i waited again. then i called again they told me my order just let te shop it was around 8:30pm. i stood up like a fool person, was hungry at work and working a 12hour shift and when i called around 9pm that when i realize that they are closed. i had to take my pills and was badl;y shaking at worki as i was stood up by debonairs pizza. and wasting my airtime and meanwhile was not told the truth about my order. they kept on lying to me and i guess they didnt even put that order. </p> <p> </p> <p>all i need from debonairs chilli lane, is that i need answers of what happened, and i dont think i will ever order from them anymore, if thats how they treat their customers. the most painful/sad thing about this they were so gratude, and friendly but they knew what they are doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>debonairs am so dissappointed </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Thato</p> <p> </p>
