Very Bad Customer Experience
Good day. I placed an order online with the Debonairs Pizza Times Square store at 20:20.An hour later I call and the gentleman who picked up the phone was friendly and tried to assist informing me that the order had been sent out for delivery. At 21:48 I got a call from the driver, he was rude, had no manners, TOLD/INSTRUCTED me to come outside he WILL NOT come into the apartments and leave his bike outside. I went down to where he was and in a rude manner again he TOLD me to GIVE him the money. I then asked him to see the food because I am refusing to pay for cold food after having to wait over an hour for my food. He didn't say anything put the delivery bag in the bike and left with the pizza. Is now that level of service that you have stooped low to? My kids were so excited that they were going to have pizza for supper no they had to have cereal for supper because your driver wouldn't treat a customer fairly. I then called the store to inform them of what had taken place and the manager told me that they were closing soon.. So I must go to bed hungry because you hire people who don't seem to want to do what they get paid to do, people who don't know how to treat customers with respect? I am disappointed in the customer experience provided by your driver today. I am in utter shock. I am fuming with anger as I type this. It is now 22:20 and he just called telling me he is outside. Who is going to eat cold food that he probably spat on?
