Very bad costumers service

I went to the debonairs pizza to ask them if they could send one of the stuff to a lady in a wheelchair who was in the salon and able to go there and order herself. So I went and ask the store manager Mike to please send some one and he said that he will do so. After I parted away with him i then came back to the lady after an hour, the lady was so angry at me and said I asked you so nice to please call someone to come get my order because it was just next door. So I went back to the manager and the response that I got from him was "So what do you expect me to do leave whatewhatever that I'm doing and go to her" please hello Peter help me solve this problem because I didn't expect this from a big company and also from the store manager
