Very bad and unprofessional service.

I ordered 2 large pizzas at jabulani mall debonairs on Monday. I never got my delivery, so Tuesday we went to the store to make a follow up, they disputed that I paid online until I provided proof, luckily I managed to prove it as it clearly stated on the app that I "paid online". The lady from the store said they refunded me my money back in the morning(Tuesday) but it won't reflect on the same day on my side, so I waited for Wednesday, did I get my money back?? No I did not. Can this matter be attended to as urgent as possible because this is my money we are talking about. I'm being ****** and I can't just let it go. So please get someone to resolve this issue ASAP before it goes to the ombudsman. Thanks.
